Homebuyer Resources
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville is committed to supporting families as they move forward through the homebuyer journey. Our current homebuyers are working to complete a minimum of 100Β hours of sweat equity per family plus an additional 100 hours for eachΒ adult in the household. Sweat equity includes hours spent on the construction site, volunteering at our officeΒ or the Habitat Store, and attendingΒ classesΒ to learn how to become a successful homeowner.
Thank you to all of our partner families for working so hard to complete the program requirements and ensuring your own success as a homeowner. See below for resources specifically for homebuyers.
Homeowner Resources
Congratulations to all of our partner families that have completed theΒ journey to homeownership!Β We are eager to continue the partnership with you even after you have moved into your home.Β See below for resources specifically for homeowners.
