The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for the daily management and efficient services of all administrative offices of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville. As Habitat has grown, so, too, has the need for operational excellence and executive-level support across multiple departments – especially those functions supporting the Board of Directors, key volunteers, and affiliate leadership. With 50+ staff members, working from multiple locations, the Administrative Services Manager will play an integral role in supporting colleagues across Habitat’s various business lines, facilitating affiliate-wide communication, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes that nurture a healthy, welcoming work environment for all. Often serving as an initial point of contact for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville, the incumbent will also help set a welcoming tone for outside constituents and the broader community.
