With a handful of multi-family homes now under our tool belt, we are now adding a mixed-income component with our sister non-profit, Creative Housing with homes for sale to families earning between 60% and 120% of Area Median Income. Your continued support is needed to provide the resources necessary for the sites being prepared.
Our plans don't stop there. Market Rate housing will also be offered in the projects now currently being developed. Commercial space and community centers are a few extras being considered as the plans for the two-acre Sunrise Trailer
Park and the 100 acre Southwood Mobile
Home Park continue.
